About the Opportunity
Developing a land area of 13,520 square meters (G+7) based on a BOT contract to build a creative and modern multi-story parking which will constitute 30% of parking slots. The project will include commercial and investment spaces on the ground floor and building roof being used as entertainment arena and playgrounds.
Spaces of the land must offer 70% of green spaces, modern urban elements, and investment spaces to held community event, based on a partnership with the private sector.
